What the hell is this?
Honestly…. It might just be an excuse, but just so that it sounds smarter, I’m going to say that it’s my ‘invention’. (Yes, you can roll your eyes.)
Basically, I’m a little confused when people ask me if some of my work is just fiction or that it is based on something real. Truthfully speaking, it’s BASED on real events, implying that many of those things happened in ways different than what’s actually represented here. So it’s semi-real. Hence the term ‘Semi-fiction’.
(BTW, this is something EVERY ‘reality’ show does…. I’m just being upfront about this… That’s all!)
